Day 2:
Garlic. Cheese. Bombs. need I say more? These are so simple and easy and PERFECT for the upcoming holiday season! Having a get together? Going to a party? Whip these up in 20 mins and be on your Merry way. It's a huge family hit! Dane LOVES when I make these. Sometimes he'll ask me to make them as a snack in the middle of the day. Of course I do, I love him! (and they only take 20 mins)... So are you ready for some absolute cheesy goodness?...

Cheesy Garlic Bombs
Ingredients:
2 packages of refrigerated biscuits
Fresh mozzarella cheese (cubed)-- I cheat and use cheese sticks sometimes.. it's totally the same!
2 sticks of butter (melted)
Garlic powder
Fresh parsley
Grated Parmasean cheese
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400° F
Split apart the biscuits
Put your cubed mozzarella cheese on the biscuit (I used 2 cubes because I love them Cheesy!)
Roll them into balls and pinch them to stay shut
Place them pinched side down on a lined baking sheet
Place them in the oven for 10 mins
Whiiiiiile they're in the oven...
Melt your butter (I used unsalted butter so I added garlic salt before melting)
Finely chop your fresh parsley
When They Come Out:
Brush on your melted butter
Sprinkle some garlic powder and grated parmesean
Top off with your fresh green parsley
Then... Voila! Your Garlic Cheesy Bombs are ready to be loved by everyone!
